We are currently hiring for Senior Sales professional to Lead our India & Middle East business operations for our organization based in Mumbai.

Job Description :


- Shall develop net new logo's and accounts, lead the entire sales process from database build up to qualified, convert leads into customers of the ETP

- Regularly review funnel and build continuous pipeline for revenue

- Shall be realistic and able forecast sales closings accurately

- Shall ideate new strategies and ensure the revenue targets are met

- Shall be a single point of contact for selected existing customer accounts of ETP and manage relationships with senior executives up to and including CXO level

- Create and be responsible for account plans, which shall be the basis of an annual sales target.

- Provide value-added solutions through a consultative approach

- Own the relationship with each of the identified accounts, ensuring a high quality, positive and mutually profitable business partnership

- Support all customer projects carried out by ETP, providing the link between the customer and the management and delivery teams at ETP

- Be responsible for the financial health of each account

- Be able to build and retain team.

- Be able to build and work with partners, resellers and sales team.

Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience selling software solutions with proven history of achievement

- Personable, with excellent organisational, spoken and presentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong commercial acumen

- Creativity in solving complex problems

- Energetic, engaging personality who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

- High energy, flexible, - can do- personality

- Ability to build relationship, possess negotiation skills and do objection handling

- Interested in IT and/or the retail business

- Proficient in standard Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Location : Mumbai (may require some local and overseas travel)

Salary Budget : 25-26 LPA
