Job Description

An experienced technical delivery head who has an understanding of enterprise solutions, across multiple languages, time zones and countries using multiple business processes and technologies within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and decision making, in order to manage ETP products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies and improves methodology, company procedures, and best practices. Is a strong man manager.

Operates independently to provide deliveries to customers. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need judgment, in order to implement ETP products and technology to meet customer needs. Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Skills & Experience

- PMP Certified with 15 -20 years of total experience

- Experience in Core Java, J2EE, .Net and Web Services technologies

- Strong experience in MS SQL technology

- Handled teams of 50 or more developers

- Hire and train technical team

- Build best practices for SEPG and QA processes

- Ensure projects are executed on time and budget

- Own quality of development and documentation
