ETO Motors - Assistant Manager - Strategy & Planning

- Conduct basic secondary research and prepare notes for key meetings being addressed by the MD

- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their challenges

- The ideal candidate is articulate, forward-thinking with a demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate needs, analyse opportunities, and assess market forces impacting our organization's growth strategy

- Maintain ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and industry trends. Develop strategic recommendations using intelligence to achieve & sustain market leadership

- Support mid-to-long-term strategy and planning process

- Work in highly collaborative & cross-functional team environment

- Develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences

- Lead and participate in strategic initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, leading, and executing strategy projects

- Be a strategic thought partner to help define the future of the company's position in the industry landscape through a deep understanding of the business & market trends

- Preparing Impactful Business Presentations for investors, board meetings, etc.

- Drafting and editing materials and communications copy

- Working with the Senior leadership Team to develop long range business strategy & long-term plan and budget plan, implement key strategic initiatives & key programs.
