Ethos Watches - Brand Merchandiser (7-14 yrs)
1. DATA MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS
a. Identify best sellers in terms of their best-selling points to ensure that they reach their potentials & identify slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions.
b. Category and segment Analysis in which the company operates and suggest inclusions and exclusions.
c. Category and Product gap analysis
a. Negotiate with representatives of international luxury brands.
b. Represent the company at international fairs.
c. Identify potential brands and negotiate for partnerships with the company.
a. Plan Season wise buying to augment sales during the peak periods and controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
b. Merchandise planning, Ordering stocks, Replenishment planning & Re-order planning thereby negotiating cost prices, managing the distribution of stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary compliances and paperwork.
c. Liquidation of Non-Moving Stocks and track optimization of the Slow-Moving Stocks
d. Annual business plan and budgeting
4. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LIASONING
a. Liasoning with key internal departments like Operations, Marketing and Finance
b. Liasoning with external service providers such as clearing agents, couriers, etc.
5. INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
a. Planning, maintaining and re-ordering for central warehouse
a. Understanding statutory aspects including GST, Customs and other laws and taxes impacting the business.
b. Understanding and working to minimize the impact of forex fluctuations.
