Ethiqual - Business Head - Facility Management (8-15 yrs)

KEY ROLE:

We are looking for a Business Head to lead the core business vertical of Facility Management.

Role Summary

This position will be a second-in-command position to the founding team and CXO. The role requires the candidate to be able to drive revenue and growth for the company's primary business line.

The candidate will need to work closely with the CEO in mapping and planning the revenue and P&L goals for the business unit. Needs to be strategic and a long-term thinker, to prepare the business trajectory.

The role will require clear thinking, assessment, and planning of channel efficiencies, tactical vs strategic, and laying the right focus in moving the right channel strategy forward.

Driving revenue growth in the budgeted financial and team resources, ensuring the company becomes the fastest-growing, scalable, and innovative brand in the country.

Operational & Financial :

- Work across the business to support all aspects of operational service delivery.

- Develop, review, and keep the Business Continuity Plan, Review process and arrangements up to date, fit for purpose, and regularly tested.

- Assess and forecast financial performance, including the comparison of actuals to budget, consider outlook, and manage activity to deliver agreed financial outcomes.

People :

- You will be required to motivate, develop and lead a brilliant team and build great relationships with external suppliers, ensuring contracts are well managed and issues are escalated and resolved as appropriate. You'll also have a great network in the facilities industry.

- Planning and scheduling the team onto projects, delegating, and bringing insight into ways to prioritize and smooth demand so that you make the best use of the skills your team has.

Process Adherence & Improvements :

- Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement

- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity

- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area

- Complies with company-defined guidelines and processes

- Adheres to project timelines.
