Job Description : The position is responsible for maintaining all ethical compliances for the company.
The job entails investigating all non compliance issues and working with internal stake holders to resolve the same.
Client Details :
The company has a pan India footprint consisting of multiple manufacturing facilities dealing with automotive and industrial solutions, and has over 10+ offices, a supplier network of over 100 distributors and an employee base of more than 2000 professionals.
Description :
- Manage all ethical Compliances: Investigations, policy formulation and trainings.
- Individual will have to work with Individual stakeholders and management.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication programe around ethics.
- The individual will have to maintain close cooperation with the internal audit team and and investigate allegations of non-compliance.
Profile :
- The candidate should have a bachelors degree in Law with atleast 10 years of PQE.
- A good understanding of compliance related challenges in India.
- The candidate should have a Code of Conduct awareness and an understanding of existing and emerging compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
The candidate should have calm and patient demeanour.
