Ethics and Employee Relation
Candidature should have hands on experience in the below context.
- Should have managed large span of 25K including off rolls in regards to disciplinary ethics and employee relations.
- Disciplinary process - Should have initiated a disciplinary process in the organisation. Success story with the startup company will be of great advantage.
- Check lists - Preparing and maintaining the check list on various HR related functions
- Enquiries - Should be handling the complete end to end HR enquiries of the organisation eg.. Medical, meturnity
- Integrity violations & Redressals - Should have handled disputes, POSH, Integrity violations.
Functional Competencies :
- Collaborative Skills: Workclosely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.
- Stakeholder and Project Management Skills: managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once. Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
- Out of Box Thinking:Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost restraints. Demonstrate original thinking in execution of role.
- Attention to Detail:High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process.
