- Ethereal is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
- The candidate will be the face of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
Responsibility :
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company's services of precision manufacturing
5. Identifying & establish relations with global customers in Defence, Aerospace & Healthcare
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
8. Willingness to travel to meet/establish new customers
Qualification :
1. Min 10 years of experience in business development/sales for an Aerospace / Precision manufacturing company
2. Excellent knowledge of various BD / Sales functions such as lead generation, lead conversion, Market identification & Long-term manufacturing contracts.
3. Good understanding of precision machining/manufacturing.
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Problem-solver
8. Good decision-making skills
9. Strong ethical standards
