ET Media Labs - Senior Manager - Product Growth (3-5 yrs)
- Work on the customer journey, metrics, messaging, positioning, & strategy across applicable channels.
- Establish a sales enablement program.
- Define & execute a content strategy to support sales with collateral like including datasheets, white papers & case studies.
- Be the vocal internal advocate for our customers (and prospects).
- Lead exploration of select new market & channel opportunities & recommend if/how to best proceed.
- Help enable customer-facing teams with talking points & other materials for the products under you.
- Develop & manage sales assets like presentations, scripts, ROI calculations.
- Work with the team to restructure the website experience.
- Work with the team to research & create new pricing & packaging.
- 3+years of technology product marketing experience.
- Proven talent for developing positioning & messaging that's creative, differentiated, genuinely helpful & delivers big outcomes.
- Strong track record leading workstreams end-to-end & managing initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage & influence with credibility & confidence
- Highly analytical mindset-comfortable interpreting & summarizing data & drawing actionable insights & actions from it.
