Designation : Director-Strategy and Financial Planning

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead weekly management team meetings and drive key strategic projects internally

- Lead preparation and presentations for quarterly board meetings

- Drive planning and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, long term strategic plans, projections and goal setting for company and management

- Review monthly financials, conduct financial analysis and drive preparation of internal MIS for board and management.

- Conduct variance analysis and deep dives into areas of concern and drive revenue and cost owners to take appropriate action

- Lead capital raising, plan capital structure and communication with shareholders

- Drive relationships, negotiations and problem solving with auditors, transfer pricing, tax consultants

- Drive monthly and annual risk and compliance checks

- Organization compensation planning, metrics and contribution calculations for company and management

Skills required :

- 5-10 years of professional experience of working in consulting, banking or corporate finance with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role

- CA or Eng/MBA from tier 1 college

- Creativity, drive, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

- Analytical/critical thinker with ability to conduct analysis with minimal oversight and ability to defend such analyses

- A dedicated team player focused on advancing the team's mission of being a valuable thought partner to the overall organization.

- Ability to sift through large datasets and connect the dots to derive actionable insights for business partners.

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Ability to adjust to new demands; result-oriented; sense of urgency and prioritization.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
