Estate Planning Advisor

Job Role :

1. Ability to pitch the Estate Planning proposition to the clients after understanding the Trust structuring concepts.

2. The Candidate should be aware and should have handled estate planning mandates including knowledge on succession laws, trust laws, tax laws, general corporate law and should have handled transactions on trust structuring and trust administration. Ensuring timely Client communication for Trust related activities.

3. Ideally a Chartered Accountant or a Lawyer or a MBA who has been in a Client facing role or worked in the field of estate planning atleast for a period of 4/ 5 years and is aware of Trust and succession laws. Understanding US and multi jurisdictional tax and structuring issues and having the knowledge of real estate laws will be added advantage

- Experience in investment/financial services will be added advantage. Understanding of tax and legal concepts relating to Trust would also be an added advantage for the role.
