Estate Manager - Facilities management (10-20 yrs)

Title: Estate Manager- NCR Region

Reporting to: DGM - Real Estate

Position Goals:

As a Estate Manager, the main objective would be managing promoter owned properties in NCR region (including Farms house, Stables, Guest Houses etc) overall from maintenance upkeep point of view (Excluding Housekeeping and security).

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure day to day operations and entire facility management of promoter owned properties in terms of MEP, Civil and carpentry services adhering to best safety practices.

Conduct timely rounds to all properties and identify and timely correct areas of improvement to avoid any breakdown.

Timely resolution to various ask by promoters to their satisfaction.

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.

Identify pool of vendors within the region to ensure quick resolution of various requirements time to time.

Assist the Corporate Infrastructure team in managing M&E scope of the project to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.

Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services.

Periodical round of the respective property, inspection and modification of systems/procedures if desired for improvement and efficiency.

Prepare annual repair and maintenance budget and achieve financial and other targets established at the beginning of year.

Establish contacts with local authorities on the facility related issues and maintain relationship. Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facilities engineering systems.

Supervise and direct assigned engineering staff and monitor performance of their assigned duties.

Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations

Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, STP and Civil works pertaining to the facility

Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and inventory

Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for a better management of Engineering systems;

Ensure AMCs for all engineering equipment are planned and contracts administered in advance.

Periodically check / amend checklists, operation steps, spare parts consumption analysis.

To oversee and participate in various group initiatives

Identify and work on Sustainability initiative in line with group policy.

Skill Level and Experience:

- Education: Degree/ Diploma in an engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of Facilities management and project management.

- Experience:10 years or above in a related field.
