Estate Head Job Description : 1. Property - Upkeep & Maintenance : a) Managing director properties at Kolkata /Delhi & other locations b) Proper upkeep of the residence & timely maintenance c) Ensuring right type of vendors aligned for work who meet the agreed timelines & service levels d) Ensuring timely renewal of AMCs & periodic servicing and maintenance of the electrical & mechanical equipment e) Recommending & executing cost saving initiative 2. Security Management : a) Accessing the security requirement and ensuring proper deployment as well as regular reporting of any issues b) Ensuring proper visitor management & effective vigilance in and around the premises 3. Special arrangement : a) Identifying location & venues for functions, parties & events with help of House managers b) Necessary arrangement to be made at the venue and successful completion of the event c) Obtaining competitive quotes as per requirement 4. Budget Management : a) Diligent expenses management & timely submission of invoices b) Preparing monthly & annual budget c) Monthly reconciliation of expenses v/s the budget. Seeking approval for exceptional expenses as and when needed 5. Team Management : a) Effective handling of issues, suggestions & escalation from House Managers / staff & security guards b) Replacement of staff as and when need arises
