Job Description

Position: Analyst/Senior Analyst, ADG - EyeGuide Solution Development

Over-all experience

- 2-5 year of work experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies

- Extensive experience in data handling and analyses using SAS

- Working knowledge of at least one BI tool like Tableau, QlikView or Power BI

- This position requires working in a R&D set-up to develop innovative visibility solutions

- The work mostly will be based out of the home office and it will require collaboration with people/team across different geographies

- There could be some travel needed as per the project requirements

Key responsibilities

- Directly engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements and manage communication

- Excellent problem-solving skillsets with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable analyses

- Expertise in SAS is mandatory. Ability to process large & complex datasets efficiently and able to derive interesting insights

- Working knowledge with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView or Power BI (All or any)

- Ability to automate BAU data related tasks

- Able to conduct strong quality control analyses to ensure data quality and integrity

- Willingness to travel to different client sites across the world as per project requirements

Key Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong knowledge of SAS to extract and manipulate data

- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, QlikView or Power BI would be a plus

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel

- Familiarity with big data tools and platforms (such as Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, MAPR, etc.) would be preferred

- Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)

- Self-starter with a zeal for innovation and excellence in Client delivery

- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle project pressure

- Mentor and coach junior team members
