Essex - Analyst/Senior Analyst - EyeGuide Solution Development (3-6 yrs)

Over-all experience

- 3-6 year of work experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies

- Extensive experience in Developing Visibility Solutions using tools like Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Power BI, MicroStrategy etc.

- Working knowledge of Data processing/ETL tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Python, Informatica) is good to have

- This position requires working in a R&D set-up to develop innovative visibility solutions

- The work mostly will be based out of the home office and it will require collaboration with people/team across different geographies

Key responsibilities -

- Directly engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements and manage communication

- Excellent problem-solving skillsets with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable insights.

- Working knowledge with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView or Power BI (All or any)

- Will have to Learn and deliver the BI solutions using Essex Propriety Tool EyeGuide only.

- Ability to set up BAU activities to end to end execution of any Visibility solution.

- Able to conduct strong quality control analyses to ensure data quality and integrity

Key Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong hands-on experience in developing BI Solutions using tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, MicroStrategy etc.

- Exposure to data processing using SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner etc. is a plus.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel

- Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)

- Self-starter with a zeal for innovation and excellence in Client delivery

- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle project pressure

- Mentor and coach junior team members
