About the role: 

- The Media Activation team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Display, Social and Biddable owning supplier relationships, and then executing those recommendations expertly. The Media Activation team leverages their mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized.

- This role within the Media Activation team is responsible for the consistent process, delivery and design of local market teams in conjunction with the VP, Media Activation APAC in the region.

Some of the things we'd like you to do:

- Lead the creation and growth of a Activation practice across India and SEA

- Build team by designing job specs and recruiting/interviewing for traders in local markets with assistance from VP, Activation APAC

- Develop and enforce best practices for activation across media channels with local markets outside Singapore

- Accountable for for consistent work delivery to local teams and ensuring a high quality of activation work in local markets. Strategic focus on bringing Essence best practices to the India programmes, with visible impact to senior stakeholders.

- Serve as point of escalation for Media Activation across client account teams

- Line manage 2-5 direct reports with as many as 10-15 indirect reports, providing guidance on career growth and development

A bit about yourself:

- 8-10 years in digital media execution

- Experience managing multi-location media activation teams

- Experience training and maintaining best practices at scale

- Experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location

- Mastery of Adwords Required

- Expert-level knowledge of Search bid management platforms desired

- Expert-level knowledge of Social platforms desired

- Expert-level knowledge of DSPs desired
