KEY RESULT AREAS

- Management of Complete PMS Cycle from Goal Setting - Mid Year to Annual Appraisal - Moderation of Performance Rating in collaboration with Regional Human Capital Heads.

- Monitoring implementation of policy and process standards in Compensation and Reward Management in all Units of Essel Propack. The clear outcome is to manage the Employee Cost within Budget and also achieve the strategic direction for rewarding Top Talent, Critical Talent etc. Also monitor the cost of employee benefits, overtime, outsourced employees etc.

- Spearhead Workforce Planning and Analysis process to ensure that the company has optimum workforce numbers with right skill sets.

- Custodianship of all modules of HRIS involved in entire Employee Life Cycle of the employees System except L&D and Succession Planning modules. Act as central co-ordinator for Employee Cost monitoring

- Periodic audits of Organisation Structures, Movement of People, Managing Internal Audits.
