KEY RESULT AREAS :

1. The role involves leading the Goal setting process in Performance Management, Workforce Planning & Analysis, Job Evaluation.

2. The role will involve influencing key stakeholders, taking training session on 'Goal Setting' process.

3. Management of Complete PMS Cycle from Goal Setting - Mid Year to Annual Appraisal collaboration with Regional HC Heads.

5. Spearhead Workforce Planning and Analysis process to ensure that the company has optimum workforce numbers with right skill sets.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - MBA in Human Resource Management.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY :

 1. Incumbent should have managed 2-3 cycles of each of the aspects mentioned above in HC

 2. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft excel & PPT
