- Responsible for end to end IDP(Individual Development Plan) Process implementation.
- Facilitate the IDP discussion and IDP Goal Audit.
- Make and implement the Training Calendar.
- Facilitate internal training sessions
- Manage external training vendors
- Maintain and update training library
- Providing succession and talent planning approaches, tools and processes in support of achieving companies strategies and initiatives.
- Assisting the Unit Talent Team to build capability in the areas of Talent Review and Succession Planning.
- Make Career Development Plan for top Talent and monitor the effectiveness.
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development activities for the company
- Conduct follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Work closely with training coordinators within Business Units
- Other duties as assigned
- Significant work experience in areas of Succession Management, Talent Review processes, Top Talent Development, Training & Development.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, knowledge and experience building and facilitating process, tools and innovation in the areas of work, with improved business outcomes, Superior project management, facilitation and consulting skills & strong analytical skills or advanced Project Management skills.
- Good Understanding of Competency Framework and its application in various HR processes
- In depth understanding of Learning & Development process especially identification of training needs based on performance gaps. Developing & Implementing training plan
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in microsoft Excel and PPT
- Ability to design training Intervention to build specific capability gap
