Role: Lead - Performance and Rewards Role Purpose Statement: - To help build a High-Performance Culture in the organization. - Lead the internal change and transformation efforts for embedding the latest systems, technology and frameworks for Performance and Rewards. - Work closely with business HR teams to design and execute innovative financial and nonfinancial incentive and recognition plans Main Accountabilities Performance Management - Review and improve existing performance management systems. - Establish key metrics for each business / function in line with their business objective, life stage of the business etc. - Develop and conduct training's and workshops along with the HRBPs to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised. - Work closely with the business HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of annual, mid-year and quarterly performance discussion etc. - Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively achieve organizational, departmental and individual goals. Compensation &amp; Rewards - Design, implement and administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs and activities so that they meet the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. - Implement the organization's C&amp;B strategy in consultation with HRBPs &amp; Sr. Leadership. - Participate in market and salary surveys as required. - Lead the HR &amp; Administration budgeting process. - Prepare, monitor and control overall annual Compensation and Benefits budgets and Administration budget. - Ensure stakeholder buying on annual increments &amp; variable pay distribution which are aligned to company performance and market trends. - Monitor pay structures and benefits programs including review &amp; analyse, internal promotion, external hires, retention incentives etc. to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages. - Design of pay structure and ensure tax effectiveness. - Work on the Executive Compensation including share /stock ownership plans and retention plan. - Work on Employee Benefits (such as health, insurance, motor vehicles, perquisites, retirement, pension and superannuation plans) and policy administration. - Liaise with business HR teams of different businesses to develop and implement compensation (including variable pay/incentives) programs that are appropriate for their business needs, however consistent with the organization's overall reward strategy. - Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current employee population and future human resource needs to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization's reward strategy. - Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers (for example, insurance carriers, and other benefit providers) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service and cost efficiency. - Design employee communicate for benefits, compensation, and HR policies rollout. - Research and scrutinize the general factors like the government policies changes in the tax structure, market conditions etc. - Train and support the HR organization with regards to the C&amp;B programs and practices. - Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
