Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver OD strategies to create a culture of trust and facilitation with the objective of creating - Great Place of Work
2. Develop and apply structured change communication approach, build awareness, understanding and buy-in for key interventions.
3. Implement organizational effectiveness interventions across businesses
4. Design OD programs and practices in partnership with HR and Business leaders
5. Set standards for both change management and Culture change programmes
6. Cultivate a compelling employer brand from the inside out and the outside in.
7. Innovate in engagement and retention strategy
8. Deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives.
Requirement
1. Minimum of 7-9 years of Organizational Development experience
2. MBA - HR /Masters in Organizational Development or other related field .
3. Advanced degree in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred
