Essel Finance is hiring Investment specialist for their Private Equity - Real Estate Fund.   - The core responsibility includes Deal sourcing, interacting with various market participants including investment banks, companies and though own networks to scout for potential investment opportunities.   - Potential investments are analyzed in detail from valuation, financial, business and operational perspective to see the viability of the business and potential return on exit.   - Conducting sensitivity analysis of the financial projections of the Company under various scenarios including macro -economic variations and coming up potential returns under each scenario.  - The process also involves identifying various risks in the business, segregating them as systemic and non-systemic risks and suggesting potential ways to mitigate them.  - Deal Execution, issuing term sheets to potential investments and undertaking thorough financial, legal, business, secretarial and accounting due diligence of the potential investment.   - The process involves interacting and appointing lawyers, accountants, company secretariats, etc. to undertake the respective due diligence activities and sorting out the various issues that come up during the process in conjunction with them.   - The process also involves coordinating with Legal Team for drafting of agreements between the fund and the Company taking care that the fund has as many as rights as possible and that the fund's interests are not harmed in any way.  Desired Skills and Experience:  Qualification :  - MBA in finance or Chartered Accountant  - Candidate should have in depth Real estate knowledge market.  - Good Negotiation Skills
