Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build & Maintain relationship with IPC's and local consultants

- Lead tours of the property and build rapport and follow up with potential tenants.

- Ability to understand technical and commercial requirement of the client and translate the same to the projects team

- Lead generation, enquiry management and reporting

- Other activities related in the assigned geography that may be necessary from time to time

- Regular interaction with inter-department colleagues to ensure smooth flow of a transaction

- Leasing Existing and Upcoming Parks

- Building & Managing Client Relationship

- Developing & managing Relationship with existing and New Channel partners

- Tracking Market developments & competition

- Identifying trends and strategizing and executing plans to meet the future needs of the market
