The team has invested in several projects across India, and expects the portfolio to expand to 12-15 by end of 2019. It's an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and platform Profile/Role : - Pan India role, offers exposure to working on deals across cities - Evaluating land as well as stabilized asset buyouts across India - Financial Modelling: Intensive excel modelling, including taxation and structuring - Preparing Investment Memos and Term Sheets - Support fund raising activities - Working with tax advisors, lawyers, and liaison consultants - Market Research across top 8-10 cities in India What we're looking for: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in Indian Real Estate, with an international real estate fund/ fund manager, domestic real estate fund/developer in the investments/business development/land acquisition team(s), or with an IPC/investment bank in capital markets team, or NBFC in real estate lending team - Proficiency in financial modelling and drafting pitch-books/IMs - Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) (Avoid applying unless you meet the above criteria)
