Esper is looking for a Marketing Growth Hacker to join the team and take full responsibility to supercharge the bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives. An enthusiastic leader with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research and attention to detail, the individual should have managed marketing campaigns at different levels and on different platforms. You will work in a high growth early-stage environment with constant change. Create marketing campaigns and come up with cost-effective marketing strategies that acquire leads and prospects. The responsibilities include (but may not be limited to) : 1. Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (social media, content, PPC etc.) to identify areas for growth. 2. Drive continuous improvement and optimisation through experimentation, conversion rate optimisation, retention, and re-engagement initiatives. 3. Propose creative new projects, that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches. 4. Validate optimisation hypotheses through continuous A/B testing and marketing experiments. 5. Curate insights from FB &amp; LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager to map customer journeys and buyer segments. 6. Create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign. 7. Use in-house created content to generate leads and product awareness. Key Skills : 1. Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker In-depth knowledge of SEO factors. Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools 2. A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement. 3. Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance. 4. Passion &amp; hustle to take on &amp; solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams. 5. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategies. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative working style are a major plus. Good To Have : 1. Exposure to B2B marketing across geographies. 2. Prior exposure to SEMRush, HubSpot, and Salesforce. 3. Experience with developer marketing, APIs, or open-source projects is highly beneficial.
