Esko is looking for dynamic and result from oriented HR Operations Specialist who will manage the employee lifecycle for its Bengaluru R&amp;D Center. The ideal candidate is someone who is really good at execution and has the ability to be strategic &amp; thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Role &amp; Responsibilities 1. Manage On-boarding of new joiners 2. Plan &amp; Manage New Joiner Induction 3. Coordinate with Vendors for Back Ground Verification and Pre-Employment Medical Health Checkup 4. Preparation and issuance of various HR letters 5. Personnel file management and documentation 6. Providing accurate &amp; timely input for payroll &amp; benefits administration 7. Administration of Leave Management Portal, Workday 8. On time records updation 9. Coordination with Vendor for GMC, GPA, and GTL (Insurance Renewal &amp; Query Resolution) 10. Managing Exit process formalities 11. MIS &amp; Employee data preparation &amp; updation 12. Employment Confirmation 13. Managing Employee Referrals 14. Manage the HR operations for VTI &amp; X-rite associates Educational &amp; Experience - Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred. - 4-6 years of experience in HR in a large/mid-size organization - Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment on a national basis &amp; global basis - The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required - Must be detail oriented, have strong project management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once Must Have- s - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the team - Demonstrate a sense of urgency - Proven ability to successfully tackle complex human resources
