Position Overview:

Eskeyn Ventures is seeking a dynamic professionals to join as Director (Strategic Business Development). The professional should possess the connect and networking for fund raising with HNI and should be well versed with US (ie, Silicon Valley, New York, California etc), UK and India in diverse sectors like Coal, Natural Gas, Renewable Energy Resources (Solar, Wind, Hydro), IT, Space & Innovation (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, Deep Learning, IOT, Gaming), Hospitality, Media, Healthcare (Hospitals, Pathlabs, Online business model) and Pharmaceuticals sector.

Work Profile:

- Developing growth strategies and plans for investments

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

- Developing business network with Principals/HNI

- Responsible for fund raising across various sectors (Individual/Institutional)

- Negotiating with stakeholders

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

- Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

- An MBA from Ivy League University or Top rated Indian B-School in Marketing, Finance Law.

- 10-15 years of experience of business development in diverse sectors such as Power, IT, health care, Pharma etc

- Experience in working in and with cross-functional teams with multiple organisations and stakeholders

- Ability to build executive-level relationships, with excellent listening, influencing, presenting, and facilitation skills

- Excellent problem solving, creative, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills

- Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines

- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly demanding, rapidly changing environment

- Operates with high energy and a - can do- attitude

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Location : Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Salary: INR 60-70 Lacs PA
