Position Overview: Eskeyn Ventures is seeking strong finance professionals to join as Director (Investment & Analysis) who are interested in diversifying their career experience through highly analytical and strategic work and working side-by-side with senior management. The professionals would be responsible for the firm financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, Senior Management reporting, profitability analysis and other financial analysis work. The positions are open for the following Verticals/Sectors:- 1. POWER: Coal, Natural Gas and Renewable Energy Resources (Solar, Wind, Hydro) 2. INFO TECH: IT, Space & Innovation (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, Deep Learning, IOT, Gaming) 3. HEALTH: Healthcare (Hospitals, Pathlabs, Online business model) and Pharmaceuticals sector Work Profile: - Effectively analyse and manage the existing portfolio of Private equity investment, Securities, Investment funds, Corporate and commercial Restructuring and Venture capital - Drive analytics and generate complex analyses from efficiently managing the investment portfolio of the Private Equity on current and potential business initiatives - Work on projects in the sphere of new fund profitability, fund acquisitions, M&A impacts - Significant amount of financial modelling required to fully capture business drivers and understand key trends, risks and opportunities - Maintain detailed and flexible models supporting annual budget, long-term plan, monthly and weekly forecast updates (incl. various scenario/'what-if' analysis) - Produces high quality, timely and insightful information to help senior management manage the firm and set direction - Should be well versed with investments at various geographies (US, UK, India, AsiaPac), tax havens (Cyprus, Ireland etc) Qualifications & Experience: - An MBA in Finance from Ivy League University or Top rated Indian B-School - 10-15 years of experience preferably from leading investment firms from across the globe having financial analysis experience in Capital market private equity investment, securities, M&A, Corporate and Commercial, Restructuring, Venture Capital, Investment - Highly analytical and excellent Excel-based modelling skills are required - Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills are required - Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning capabilities with ability to think creatively Location : Delhi NCR / Bangalore Salary: INR 60-70 Lacs PA
