ESG Sustainable Finance Role - Equity Modelling/Project Finance

Responsibilities-

- Make Screening Memo, includes company and industry overview, detailed debt profile and financials

- Help bankers arrive at appropriate pricing by preparing complex Bond/Loan Comps, Credit Agreement Analysis, Covenant Analysis etc.

- Client pitch material including Liquidity Analysis, Company Profile, Industry Overview,Migration of new projects

- Training and Mentoring of new Analysts

- Handle pilot projects for new LOBs

- Asset Finance & Structured Lending

- Industry expertise and conduct knowledge sharing sessions

- Handle project automation, OPEX project certification

- Ability to handle MNPI projects (models, CIM, LFC Memo, covenant analysis, LP, RAP etc.) without supervision due to process restrictions

- LOB communication, monthly decks and reporting

Requirements

Education:

MBA/CFA

3-5 years experience

Candidates with 2-3 yrs of relevant experience preferably in Debt Syndications or IB

Foundational skills:

- Strong Financial Modelling skills

- Strong Finance Knowledge including understand Global companies' filings and financials Familiar with company filings and Capital Structure of the company

- Ability to understand and infer various types of Debt's characteristics (Tax Equity, TLA, TLB, Notes, Revolver, Mezz., 2nd Lien)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills, MS Office

- Strong Finance Knowledge including experience with Bloomberg/Alteryx/Dealogic

Desired skills:

- Professional work experience in Equity Modelling or Project Finance

- Credit Agreement Analysis including Liens, covenants, pricing grid, accordion, LC, bank group,security, ABL (borrowing base, access availability, cash dominion), swingline etc.

- Bond pricing, yield, spread, duration calculations for weekly projects

- Analyze debt ratios like leverage, FCCR, Capitalization etc.

- Valuation (debt/equity) techniques
