- Prior experience of undertaking Gap Assessment

- Proven experience of undertaking Peer Review

- Demonstrated experience of providing logical and impactful recommendations

- Evaluate the social impact arising out of business activities, on the community, supply chain, employees and other stakeholders

- Developing sustainability strategies and roadmaps for client organisations

- Providing guidelines to client organisations to comply with standards, regulations

- Collecting and collating data related to the sustainability impact through client's business operations and reporting findings

- Presenting reports to stakeholders

- Tailoring internal messages for client companies

- Contributing to reporting content for client companies

- Provide consulting and advisory support to our clients for developing ESG strategy and framework

- Experience in framing Sustainability/ESG/IR reports

- Creation of performance dashboards, and ESG/Balanced Score Card

- Conducting Risk and Opportunity assessments for client companies

- Benchmarking sustainability/ESG performance across sectors

- Good to have experience of creating CSR program aligned with corporate strategies for optimum value generation

- Good to have cross cultural business exposure

- Performs other related duties as assigned
