Eruvaka Technologies - Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)
OBJECTIVE:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and customer centric activities to promote Eruvaka in the aqua industry in India
- Define marketing communication plan and branding objectives for Eruvaka products and services range to ensure consistent and unified message to customers
- Perform marketing communication activities with innovative concepts or approaches
- To create brand and product awareness through events(seminars/conference)-Internal and External
- Create customer centric organization in close collaboration with market facing team
- MIS - Market Information System development
CHARACTERISTIC - DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB:
- Reporting: Eruvaka Chief Operating Officer / Nutreco Marketing Director (ad interim)
- Internal - Coordinate and work in parallel with Eruvaka sales and technical team.
- External: Managing service providers or agencies of various sectors in relation to the management of marketing mix.
- Working with synergy - Nutreco India
Role and Responsibilities - aligned with Marketecture matrix
Public Relations:
- Main point of contact for local media relations for coverage, public relations and local news promotions
Digital Marketing:
- To cover: website, social media channels
- Establish brand identity of Eruvaka through digital channels
Branding and Communication:
- Create POS materials to be use for India market, includes brochures, flyers, printed materials, gimmicks, gifts, merchandise, etc
- Main point of contact for all marketing activities in India
- Support the promotion and marketing materials and new localized materials - if needed
Campaign and Events:
- Support for external or internal event organizing located in India

Qualification:
- Postgraduate in Marketing/Agri-Business Management (ABM)/ Rural Marketing (RM)
- Competence within project management and change management an advantage
- Ability to create content and has lots of creative ideas
- Hands-on, result orientated and excellent communication skills
- Innovative, capable, caring and collaborative behaviors
- Fluent in English, preferably with additional language skills
- Multi-cultural sensitivity
Experience/Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 3-5 years in similar Marketing roles
- Industry preference: Pharma/FMCG/Consumer durables
- A good communicator who enjoys building relationships
- A team player who can work collaboratively across teams at all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Able to take proactive initiative and work autonomously
- Flexible approach and adaptable to change
- Able to react quickly when situations require a prompt response
- Highly motivated and passionate
