ERPSOL Technologies - D365 Retail Consultant

- Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance.

- Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

- Solution design based on pre-sales study report and as-is requirements document. Efforts estimation experience. Validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates. Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Consultants and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure each phase of the implementation for the client is being executed with the solutions provided/recommended to the client in a timely manner.

- Excellent product knowledge to be used to provide solutions to project teams in handling difficult mapping situations

Essentials:

- Knowledge and experience on the latest version of the product D365 RETAIL is essential.

- Have strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the product.

- 3 full life cycle implementation projects AND at least 2 Upgrade/ migration project experience to latest version.

- Customer Support (Min 5 years)
