Responsibilities -
- Develop a network of direct and indirect sales network of agents/distributors in the State.
- Create and manage teams of Area Sales Manager & Field Sales Officers, establish sales objectives, monitor and drive targets.
- Develop & Innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Train new sales department hires in company, processes and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
- Coordination with various departments for smooth operations.
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes
Requirements
- Management Degree with relevant experience of 6 to 10 years in the payment industry and managing distribution and channel sales.
- Preferred Industry experience - Banks / Banking Partners/ Neo Banks/Fintech in payments industry/ Telecom.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the area of sales. Ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
