- Candidate should be from Tier 1 college and experience in FinTech will be preferred.
- Support the human resource in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and policies.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
-Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- IT & Non-IT Recruitment and Selection across levels and all functions from junior to senior level management through portals, referrals, and social media. Conducting interviews and reference checks of job applicants.
- Coordinating with the recruiting team and Hiring Managers for defining the requirements for vacant roles
- Head Hunting, Sourcing Candidate, and organization mapping
- Joining and On-boarding of the new employees.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Maintaining relationships with Colleges for recruitment.
- Strong administration skills
