Eris Lifesciences - Senior Product Manager/Group Product Manager - Gestro/Gynaec/Darma/Cardio & Diabetes Segment (4-6 yrs)
Functional Responsibility :
- Develop and execute brand roadmap to maximize business value through internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the design, development and execution of product launch related activities like campaigns, social media outreach, etc.
- Analyze market research reports of product performance and competitor data to suggest plans for prioritization, pricing, change in branding strategies and product segmentation
- Act as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies
- Regularly evaluate the progress of brand against preset objectives in terms of market share, prescription share, reach and penetration
- Undertake feasibility analysis through market research and analyzing data for new opportunities within existing product portfolio as well as new areas
- Study the product performance, monitor RoI on brand strategies and forecast sales and market share
- Ensure the implementation of promotional and marketing activities are in line with the organizational policies and associated regulatory norms
- Manage the processes for collection of feedback on products from internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the feedback is translated into marketing requirements and incorporated with product development
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and marketing teams to ensure a forward looking product integration strategy and to avoid duplicate development efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to promote company products and build the company brand for better brand awareness, industry connect and facilitating sales growth
People Management
- Conduct target goal setting workshops with the Product Managers to enable goal cascade in line with department's objectives
- Coordinate with HR and provide support to identify right candidates for the vacancies in the team
- Recommend trainings required on new and existing products and therapy areas and ensure development of high potentials
- Prepare development plans for low performing team members and provide support to improve their performance
- Hold regular communication meetings with team to share performance updates and to resolve issues
- Drive engagement and build a culture of high performance and meritocracy by recommending promotions for right candidates

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education Qualifications B.Pharm. (Candidates with MBA are preferred)
Experience 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in Pharma industry
