Salary Offered : 10-14 LPA
- Responsible for handling various operation works (Financial MIS, Sales MIS, & HR MIS etc.)
- Supporting the HR team for recruitment process of Sales & Marketing divisions
- Responsible for preparing end to end data and working of sales and marketing budget across divisions.
- Responsible for MIS preparation for review presentations and quarterly review meets
- Maintaining employee records and data in SAP, including joining formalities
- Coordinating with various functional departments for MIS and data management
- Processing all official letters viz. offers, Appointments, Probations, Confirmations, Transfers, Promotions, Relieving and Extension of training / probation letters for Sales & Marketing Divisions & Regional Offices
- Maintaining records for MIS (details of appointments, resignations, attrition, transfers, promotions & update vacancy status etc.)
