ERA Foundation - Assistant Manager - Key Accounts (2-4 yrs)
Salary offered: 6 - 7 LPA
This is a business development role with ownership for developing Alliances and Partnerships with Leading Private and Deemed Universities in India
Location: Bangalore (Base) with extensive travel across India
Role: Relationship Management - University Partnerships.
Desired work experience : 2-4 years of business development and relationship management experience with focus on solution sales
Primary Responsibility:
- Maintain Relationship of partner universities/institution
-Make High volume of cold calls to penetrate the assigned territory in depth
-Client onboarding and docmentation process and follow up
- Cultivate relationships with top management/academicians at existing partner engineering institutes.
-Prepare and Send MIS Reports
- Assess customer needs and develop customized solutions
- Create proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets
Education & Experience:
- MBA / Any Degree with business development experience. If you are a go-getter, you can apply irrespective of your degree.
- 2-4 years of key accounts management / relationship management experience preferably in the higher education domain
- Relevant experience in relationship management / strategic alliances for technology products and services
Desired Skills and Experience :
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technology savvy and Detail oriented
- Target oriented, experience in B2B segment
- Relationship management at CXO level
- Quick learner, adapt to dynamic business environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Open mindset to take-up additional responsibilities in the interest of the organization and team
