Equity Settlement Role - Broking Firm

- Perform daily controls and reconciliation of Shares

- Manage regulatory reporting requirements

- Handle corporate action

- Handle client queries / audit queries / inspection queries

- Investigate exceptions and liaise with multiple teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and technology teams to get the exceptions resolved.

- Escalate issues for any urgent matters or assistance.

- Co-ordinate with agencies for digital signature certificate or token

- Experience in Securities Operations, trade settlement Cash/Derivative/ SLBM

- Well versed with Securities settlement of all products available in Capital Market & responsible for trade settlement, Auction Settlement.

- Strong product knowledge thorough understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle for Equity and derivative products.

- Having knowledge of Pledger, Re-pledge, Unpledge & revoke of client securities & Demat/ Settlement Reconciliations
