Equity Research Analyst - Retail

For a leading stock broking company

1) The candidate will work with a senior analyst as part of the sector research team,

2) Will gather, track & analyze data, update models/analysis, and present findings to internal clients, so that, Research can advise clients to make investments decisions,

3) Prepare & make company reports, Pharma / Capital foods / FMCG/ Midcap sector notes and thematic research

4) Gather data relevant to the sector around pricing, promotions etc

5) Helping team find unstructured data, connect relevant dots for analysis/output

6) Compile historical data in respect of stocks and companies from publicly available sources to make forecasts ,

7) Update and maintaining databases to track financial, economic or other indicators which may be relevant to the sector/ region under coverage

8) Monitor market news - assessing impact on sector or coverage universe.
