Equity Research Analyst - Mid Cap Segment - Retail (5-12 yrs)

Looking for Equity Retail Research for Mid cap segment for Mumbai.

Investment recommendations and financial modelling: Conduct fundamental and valuation analysis of companies belonging to Capital Goods/Mid-caps/Industrials/Defence Sector and give investment recommendation on the same. Fundamental analysis includes modelling, forecasting, cash flow & ratio analysis of companies under coverage. Companies currently under my active coverage;

Softer-coverage stocks

- BEML, Astra Micro, Carborundum Universal, Centum, FAG, GE Shipping, NMDC, NALCO, MOIL, Orient refractories, Vesuvius, Sankhya Info, High Energy batteries, Wendt and many more-

- Industry/Company Research : Gather and analyse industry data to develop an industry vision, analyse emerging trends in the Indian and global industry, decipher demand-supply mismatch. Forecast industry/company performance

- Report writing (thematic sector and company research reports): Regularly publishing quarterly results preview/review, earnings upgrade/downgrade notes, event based reports, company visit notes, conference call highlights of the companies to help client take informed investment decisions. My two recent initiating coverage: Bharat Electronics & Indian defence Sector, Engineers India Ltd

- Relationship management : Regularly interacting with company management to understand the evolving strategy of the company, interacting with sector experts and regulators to understand their perspective on key trends of the sector. Translate the finding of the interactions with the management/experts/regulators onto the earnings/valuation of the company and long term outlook of the sector.
