Equity Research Analyst - FIG Sector (2-9 yrs)
Equity Research Analyst - CA/CFA/MBA
- An MBA and\or a CA\CFA from a reputed college with 2+ years of work experience in equity research, sector agnostic or FIG sector
- Strong financial statement analysis skills and modelling skills (DCF, relative valuation)
- Strong verbal / written communication with ability to articulate his ideas and thoughts in a structured manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of data sources such as Bloomberg, Datastream, CEIC
Principal responsibilities:
- Creating, maintaining and updating financial models of coverage companies
- Making meaningful contribution to company reports, sector notes and thematic research with guidance from onshore counterparts.
- Undertaking primary research for key thematic reports
- Monitoring news and events and keeps global team appraised of new developments
- Tracking and analysing regulatory changes and their impact on the sector
- Building and updating industry databases
- Managing, compiling and responding to internal and external client requests.
- Working on global products for the team
- Developing and maintaining client marketing and presentation materials
