Equity Research Analyst at a European Bank Looking to hire candidates with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably pre-MBA, and with undergrad from tier 1 or 2 institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) This is for an equity research role based in Mumbai for a European bank. Responsibilities will include: 1. Support senior analysts based in London with coverage of assigned sector 2. Create/maintain financial models of companies 3. Use market data sources to analyse industry trends, competitive landscape and come up with differentiated insights 4. Create impactful presentations and write insightful reports on the relevant industry or on a company's investment case There is a lot of upside to this and strong performances will be rewarded with increased responsibilities. The candidate must either have full-time work experience in equity research or must have done a course on finance/valuation/accounting. CFA will be an added bonus.
