Position Responsibilities

Fundamental Research :

Conduct through financial analysis of companies including:

- Financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement.

- Valuation modelling (DCF relative valuation etc.)

- Industry analysis and competitive landscape assessment.

- Investment idea generation: Identify potential investment opportunities based on fundamental research and market trends.

Due Diligence:

- Conduct in depth due diligence potential investments including site visit management meetings and industry conferences.

- Portfolio monitoring: Track the performance of existing investments and make recommendations of rebalancing or exiting positions.

- Financial modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance of companies.

- Report writing Prepare clear and concise investment reports including detailed analyses valuation metrics and investment recommendations.

- Data analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in financial data

- Stay updated: Stay up-to date with market news, economic indicators and industry developments.

Technical Skill

Skills and Experience:

1. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

2. Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

3. Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

4. Strong Research and writing skills

5. Advanced level of Excel knowledge and PowerPoint Presentation

6. Familiarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, Screener etc

7. Excellent communication, Relationship management and Networking skills

8. Ability to work in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment and should be a good team player.

Soft Skill Good speaking and writing skills, Presentation capability
