Equity Manager - Franchise Development

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Equity Manager to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our equity franchise operations across Bhubaneshwar and Raipur.

- You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners, ensuring their success, and driving overall business growth within the designated regions.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and recruit potential franchise partners in Bhubaneshwar and Raipur.

- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective franchisees, assessing their financial capability, business acumen, and commitment.

- Manage the entire franchise sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.

- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees on all aspects of the equity business, including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance.

- Develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to franchisees.
