Our client is looking for a candidate in Fund Raising ideally in Fintech space for series A Funding

1. Actively source, contact and build relationships with potential Limited Partners (LPs) (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra high net worth individuals, family offices and more)

2. Evaluate several transactions across sector with greater emphasis on transaction sourcing, interacting with potential partners, business plan reviews, financial modeling, due diligence

3. Transaction structuring and documentation

4. Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Fund Raising and portfolio management
