- Managing a Indian multi-cap equity fund for an alternate asset management company. Size of the fund would be around 500-1000 crores.

- The fund is based in Ahmedabad (not GIFT City). The reporting is to the CIO of asset management business.

- The fund is a part of a larger well diversified financial services company.

Job Title: Equity Fund Manager (Multi-Cap PMS Fund)

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Equity Fund Manager to manage a Multi-Cap Portfolio Management Services (PMS) fund based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets, investment strategies, and risk management.

- The Equity Fund Manager will be responsible for analyzing and selecting a diversified range of stocks across market capitalizations, making strategic investment decisions, and continuously monitoring portfolio performance.

- The role requires a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors, market trends, and company fundamentals to drive superior returns for clients.

- Strong communication skills are essential to interact with clients, provide regular portfolio updates, and explain market developments.

- The candidate should have a proven track record in equity fund management, with expertise in both value and growth investing.

Qualifications:

- CA, MBA, CFA, or similar qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of total experience in equity markets, of which at least 3 years of fund management track record.
