A leading financial/Broking Company is looking for Equity Dealer for its Mumbai Head office.

Job Description

- Client Order Execution into the ODIN System (Dealing)

- Facilitating Quarterly Settlement of Client A/cs for BMO / HO & Sub Broker Clients

- Providing one stop solutions and resolutions to client queries / requests by coordinating with various departments

- Email correspondence with regards to queries / complaints / requests of Clients / BMO

- Assisting clients in sorting their bank account related requests

- End to End KYC process completion for new as well as existing clients as the case may be

- Preparing various MIS reports for reference of the Management as well as BMO

- Making Pay in Pay out file, to report trades to the Bank for RBI reporting

- Trades reconciliation to ensure proper client payment given / received

- Discussing the issue of nonpayment / Bad debts of an client with the Accounts Team / Immediate Superior, thereby finding solutions to resolve the same

- Collection of Demat charges and updating BMO / Sub Brokers / HO clients regarding any outstanding payments

- Following up with the RTA regarding cases / issues faced while dematting of physical shares.

- Engaging into process enhancements / correction / updation at length to improve the operational activities to make optimum utilization of time

- Resolving age-old disputes into client ledgers, thereby striving hard to recover bad debts and further trying to activate dormant clients to trade via MKSL again

- Prepared various slides / presentations / user guides to help clients understand the step by step process of viewing various reports via back office software

Skilled Required :

- Fluency in English

- Customer service oriented

- Should be Multitasking
