Equity Analyst - Real Estate Sector - Investment Banking (3-7 yrs)

Opening for Real Estate Equity Analyst for Mumbai .

Experience Required:

- Reasonable finance experience.

- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or a company that outsources to an investment bank or PE firm will be highly favored.

- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), in particular, ability to financial model with excel.

General Requirements:

- Must have strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation)

- Must have extremely strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proficient in Excel formulas and financial modeling, including intermediate to advanced functions and conditional formulas.

- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.

- Impeccable integrity and trustworthy.

- Self-motivated and driven with ability to multitask and to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Education:

- Degree, preferably with a focus in Real Estate/Finance/Business.
