Purpose of the role: To identify development needs and deliver solutions across the zone at every level. Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and demonstrating the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Delivery of training programs (induction, functional, technical and managerial) as per the required standards and agreed timelines in the zone - Liaise with the stakeholders, understand gaps in performance which can be addressed through training interventions and impart the same - Deliver behavioural and leadership training programs for managerial band - Ensure 100% compliance with respect to trainings, certification and record maintenance as per internal and external guidelines Desired Experience: - MBA with at least 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering Training programs. - Should have training experience in Branch Banking/Liabilities product. - Liaise with stakeholders to understand training requirements and address the same through initiatives undertaken - Generate training reports and MIS through the LMS, analyse the same and take corrective actions - Should be fluent in English and local language - Certification in training preferred - Should be willing to travel.
