Responsibilities :
1. Client acquisition/onboarding :
a. Preparation of corporate presentation for client pitch
b. Assisting Business head for acquisition of client/distributors
c. Handling queries of potential as well as existing clients/distributors/vendors
d. Documentation related to client/distributor onboarding
e. Preparing investment note for approved ideas
2. Trade/Order management :
a. Preparation and execution of trades
b. Bifurcation of executed trades
c. Cash/liquid fund management
d. Sharing investment ideas
3. Reporting :
a. Reconciliation of reports prepared by vendors within regulatory time lines
i. Performance/holdings/transaction/bank reports
ii. Writing quarterly letters to investors
iii. Other occasional writing assignments as and when required
b. Preparation of reports for various distributors/vendors/SEBI
4. Sharing/discussing investment ideas :

Skills required :
- Understanding of PMS operations (preferable)
- Ability to perform under dynamic environment
- Ability to learn
- Data analysis and logical reasoning
- Attention to detail as well as multi task
- Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Presentability and communication skills
